Let me explain.
I have a little story that can help... and I promise there is a point.
Years ago my husband and I were in the market for a house, we fell in love with the idea of owning a historic house with all the charm, character and history a home like that can provide.
So we went on the hunt for just such a house.
Our agent dragged us from house after house for weeks until we happened upon it.
There it sat ,the home of our dreams, a grand Victorian named “The Governors House”
The moment we saw it we knew, this is it.
We immediately swung into action.
We told our agent to contact the owner to see what they wanted for it.
The owner quickly responded with an unbelievable offer.
We were stunned!
But there was a catch --- There is always a catch.
The owner said “ I have to be honest with you it’s a great house, but we have been having trouble with it.
Since we moved out, vagrants have moved into the basement, we can’t do anything with the house until we get the vagrants out!”
Long story short we never bought the house.
What’s the point ?
Your body is just like that house.
You have probably tried everything to get healthy and fit.
You’ve tried everything the "health gurus" said only to get minimal or no results.
Why is it so hard?!!
You can’t remodel a house or your body before you get rid of the things that shouldn’t be there.
You have to kick the bums out of the basement before you can do anything!
That’s what a detox does.
